BYO Food and Drinks  •  No Alcohol Permitted

 

Reserved Tables:
We can reserve tables for 8+ people.
If you're interested in reserving a table, you can either purchase all of the tickets for your table under one name/transaction OR you can all purchase your tickets separately but please be sure to include names of everyone at your table in the appropriate field on the registration form. 

For Sale During the Event:
Bingo Daubers: $2
Additional Bingo Boards (4 boards per card): $10
50/50 Tickets: 3 tickets for $5, 7 for $10, 15 for $20
Tricky Tray (Raffle Baskets) Tickets: 25 tickets for $20

Bag Sponsors are $200 each and opportunities are limited -- only 11 available!

Sponsorship Benefits:
>> Business name included in event related e-blasts sent to 4,000 contacts
>> Business name on display at the event with the bag
>> Business name announced as a sponsor during the event to 275 attendees

This sponsorship helps BBBS cover the costs of purchasing the designer bags. Sponsors are not responsible for purchasing any bags. 



RAFFLE BASKETS DONATIONS

We would love some help with gathering items for raffle baskets! Please contact us if you have any items, restaurant or store gift certificates, or completed baskets to donate. Email Emily at edellinger@bbbsatlanticcape.org to arrange your donation pickup/dropoff.
